Stanley Court, located at 19-23 Stanley Street, were former offices situation over 5 floors, to be refurbished into student accommodation.
Our scope of works was the full strip out of the offices, back to shell. We enlisted the sub-contract works of Reddish Vale Insulations Ltd to remove all asbestos materials.
The works commenced in November 2015 and were completed in December 2015. Our 90% recycling rate was met with no accidents and no issues.
